Bon Appetit

I wanted to create an unusual but simple image for a food assignment. So I chose to photograph an uncooked fish and simply put it on a plate. To emphasize the fish, I chose to use a black plate with a black placemat which helps draw your attention to the fish. I also added a lemon to the corner of the photograph as a surprise hint of color.
